Colostrum liquid dosage
The dosage of liquid colostrum is different from that in capsules - we usually recommend taking one to two tablespoons (approx. 10 ml) a day. Bestvital® organic liquid colostrum should also be stored in the refrigerator after opening and consumed within 2 weeks. Unopened, liquid extract can be stored at room temperature for two years.

Is liquid colostrum suitable for children?
Colostrum is well tolerated by children of all ages, both in liquid and powder (capsule) form. The dosage depends on body weight - 1 tablespoon per 30 kg of body weight serves as the basis for calculations.
