2. The Administrator, via the Website and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration processes on the Website: name and surname, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number.

The processing of your personal data allows us to provide services, among others: maintaining your account, fulfilling orders, contact related to the performance of the contract, as well as sending marketing information (including the newsletter). Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for a period in accordance with applicable regulations, taking into account the limitation period for claims and tax liabilities. Personal data for which you have consented will be stored until you withdraw your consent

This applies in particular to the newsletter sent to the Customer if he/she confirms the link clearly indicated by us containing acceptance to receive the newsletter about current promotions, discounts and new products in our Store. These materials concern only the offer of our Store.
