Frequently asked questions

Below are our answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding shopping in our store.

How long will I have to wait for my shipment? What are the delivery methods? How much will I pay for shipping? How to pay for your order? Can I pick up my order in person? What are discount coupons? How to check product availability?

For each product there is information about its availability in the store:

  • Out of stock – currently 0 pieces in stock; If you are very interested in this product, please let us know by email:info@nutrilabo.eu or by phone: +
  • Out of stock - last pieces of a given product, you should hurry up with your purchase!
  • Average quantity – we have at least a few/dozen
  • Large quantity – we have enough product in stock to handle multiple orders
  • Available on request - we get this product especially for you - contact us by email: info@nutrilabo.eu
  • Expected delivery - product will be available soon
  • Withdrawn from the offer - the product is no longer available in our store

How to check the order status?

We will send information about the progress of your order to your email address. Moreover, after logging in to your account, you will have access to all information about your current and already completed orders: status, content, provided addresses, etc.


How long will I have to wait for the shipment?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive information by email with a link that you must click to confirm the order - then we will start the process of its implementation. Information about the status of your order will be sent to your email address on an ongoing basis.

Package receipt date = shipping date + delivery time

The shipping date depends on the availability of products and the selected payment method, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose.

1. Orders can be placed as follows:

a) via the form available on the Store's website,

b) by e-mail to the address available on the Store's website,

2. The condition for the execution of the order is that the Customer provides data enabling verification of the Customer and the recipient of the goods. The store confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail. The store has the right to refuse to accept an order and limit the payment method if the order raises reasonable doubts as to the truthfulness and reliability of the data provided or the method of payment.

3. The parties are bound by the information contained on the Store's website for the purchased goods at the time of placing the order, in particular: price, characteristics of the goods, their features, elements included in the set, date and method of delivery.

4. The information available on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. When placing an order, the customer submits an offer to purchase a specific product. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer confirms the Order by clicking on the confirmation link in the e-mail sent to the Customer by the Store.

§3

Payments

1. The customer can choose from the following payment methods, depending on the country of delivery:

a) cash on delivery - payment is made in cash upon receipt of the goods, available in selected countries.

b) traditional bank transfer - then the Store reserves the goods in the warehouse and sends them to the address indicated by the Customer after the payment is credited to the bank account indicated for this purpose on the Store's website or in an e-mail to the Customer,

2. Shipping prices are specified in the delivery price list.

3. The condition for releasing the goods is payment for the goods and shipment.

§4

Shipment of goods

1. The Store sends the ordered goods via shipping companies.

2. In the case of payment by other means than cash on delivery, the shipping date is extended by the period between placing the order and the date of crediting the amount to the Store's bank account.

3. The store is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods caused by shipping companies.

§5

Complaints

1. The basis for accepting a complaint is the Customer's presentation of proof of purchase of the goods (VAT invoice).

2. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Customer should contact the Store by e-mail.

3. The store responds to the customer's complaint within 14 business days from the return of the goods along with a description of the non-compliance. If verification of non-compliance requires seeking the opinion of a representative of the goods manufacturer, the deadline for the Store's response is extended by the time the Store obtains such an opinion.

4. If the fulfillment of a justified complaint involves sending the Customer new goods or removing non-conformities, the delivery costs are borne by the Store.

5. Individual settings of the Customer's computer and monitor causing incorrect or distorted display of information about the goods (e.g. colors) cannot be the basis for a complaint.

6. Permissions. The rights related to the warranty for defects in sold products are available to consumers and entrepreneurs purchasing for purposes unrelated to their business.

§6

Right to withdraw from the contract

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract in writing without giving a reason within fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended). In the event of written withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to return the goods within fourteen days. The right referred to above also applies to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his/her business activity, if the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity

2. The right to withdraw from the contract is effective if the Customer submits to the Store, within 10 days of receipt of the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

3. The customer returns the goods to the Store within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The returned goods should be intact, including complete, in the factory packaging, and must not bear traces of use or attempts to open the packaging. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Within 3 business days of receiving the shipment, the Store will check the condition of the delivered product.

5. Within 7 days of checking the goods, the Store returns the amount paid to the Customer, less the costs of order processing. The customer should indicate the bank account number to which the refunded amount is to be transferred.

6. If the Customer violates the conditions specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, the declaration of withdrawal from the contract is ineffective, the goods are not returnable, and the Store does not refund the paid amount to the Customer.

7. The Customer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal in the case of services that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or the item deteriorates quickly. Returns therefore do not apply to dietary supplements, food and pharmaceutical products.

 

   §7

Privacy Protection

1. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of his personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

2. The Customer may also express separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Store, including a commercial bulletin.

3. The customer has the right to view and correct his/her data, as well as to request deletion.

§ 8

Intellectual property

It is prohibited to use any materials published on the Store's website (including photos and descriptions of goods) without the written consent of the Store.

§9

Entry into force and changes to the Regulations

1. The Regulations come into force on the day of publication on the Store's website.

2. The Store reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations, which come into force on the day of their publication on the Store's website. For contracts concluded before the amendment to the Regulations, the version of the Regulations applicable on the date of placing the Order by the Customer shall apply.
